Social Events

The Opening Ceremony will take at the University of Crete, Rethymnon Campus on the 5th of September starting at 18:00, during the registration hours.

The Welcome Reception of the Conference will take, as well, place at the University of Crete, Rethymnon Campus on the 5th of September, starting at 19:30, right after the Opening Ceremony.

The Farewell Party of the Conference will take place at “Baja Beach Club”, a beautiful Club right on the beach of Rethymnon, on the 7th of September from 20:30. Information regarding the transfer of delegates to the Club and back to the Conference official hotels will be announced at the Registration Desk of the Conference.
